Having faced alot of issues in version 2.4.1 especially with some
transactions not appearing in accounting exports we decided to downgrade
our client to version 2.3.3 which so far has proved to be having no major
issues.
One thing we have just realised is only Admin can view client information,
other users with different roles cannot view client information. They can
open upto group level only.
The same roles were working fine in version 2.1.3 and even 2.4.1, I dont
know what happened on 2.3.3.
Is there anyone who has used version 2.3.3 and encountered this problem?
How did you resolve it?
