Hi John,
Good day! Sorry to email you again now about the same problem on "ERROR" in
Pentaho reports. I encountered a problem in our database a few days ago on
disbursal, saying it cannot be prior to a meeting date; of loan accounts I
entered within some hours. This has never happened before as I activated since
installation the LSIM (Loan Schedule Independent of Meeting). What could have
been the reason? However, I did not report it here in mifos group. I opted to
use the previously saved database, several hours earlier, to remove all those
problems. The result after was that those new loan accounts I created, I have
to Close, since they really cannot be disbursed. Then I made new loans for
those. I have never encountered the same problem again. And now, it would be
good to know what could have been the cause of that problem. Since it has
affected Pentaho reports as we discovered today.
I hope you can help us again this time. I'll send our database backup in your
