LSIM can be disabled/enabled only in database. It is better to stop Mifos before changing this option and then start it again.

    Daily frequency was implemented in the same way, as it is done
    with weekly and monthly frequency. It is impossible to create
    monthly loan account on client`s account with e.g. weekly
    frequency when LSIM is disabled. So the only way to use monthly
    loans with daily client`s accounts is to turn LSIM on.
