Firstly - try to change your environment.
You're using:
Java Vendor / Version Oracle Corporation/1.7.0_19
Application Server jetty/9.0.0.v20130308
Mifos requires specific environment (for example java6, jetty 7.3)
You can find the system specification in the INSTALL file (in the zip of
mifos instalation)
