If you got the mifosx platform release from the zip release artifacts you
will see INSTALL file associated with it. You can also find it online @
https://github.com/openMF/mifosx/blob/mifosplatform-1.5.0/INSTALL.md
At the bottom this file in section 2.3.7 Startup tomcat
It shows the platform URL and the urls to use if you are using the
'reference app' bundled with the release so in your case the URL to ping
the platform from browser url is:
https://localhost:8443/mifosng-provider/api/v1/offices?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true
The actual API endpoint is: https://localhost:8443/mifosng-provider/api/v1/
The url for the reference app is:
https://localhost:8443/IndividualLendingGeneralJavaScript/IndivLendHome.html?baseApiUrl=https://localhost:8443/mifosng-provider/api/v1/
