If you download the latest release artifact from sourceforge (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mifos/) included in this is a
INSTALL.MDfile with instructions to follow for install mifos x
manually yourself or
use the cloud / amazon ec2 approach.
The file is easier viewed online - see
https://github.com/openMF/mifosx/blob/master/INSTALL.md
