but to answer your questions:
1) theres no issue with putting mobile number as a field directly on client
and staff tables and makes the most sense.
2) We probably dont need to store 'other numbers' just the current number
associated with the client/staff (which will and should be allowed to
change) - when we store entries for individual SMS's sent we will capture
what client and mobile number they were sent to at the database level (so
some clients over time will change their number but we will know that
certain sms were sent to old numbers in the past)
