Dear All,
As most of you know "Community-App" is the default UI for Mifos X platform.
To know more about it pls visit http://openmf.github.io/community-app/
And coming to the point what is "Expert Search". I can't explain it in
plain text, you need to experience it :), just follow the below steps
1. go to https://demo.openmf.org/beta/
2. Login with Username: *mifos* and Password: *password*
3. Take mouse to left side (same side of black triangle), you see Left
side panel expanding
4. On left navigation panel, first option is "*Advance search*", click on
that
5. In this screen you can see, "*Search Actions/Activities*" and also
Recently done actions and most frequently done actions.
Interesting part is type the word *create* inside "*Search
Actions/Activities" *input*, *and see the suggestions*.* Also please try
some of the keywords like add, acc*, *loan
* ...*
This feature is implemented based on the discussions (inputs) we had with
Amit (Digambar) and Chris (Nuru international) during "User experience"
breakout session.
@Amit, this is slightly modified version of your feedback. Your idea of
having short-cuts amazing. I will try how we get closer to that.
@Chris, I think were looking Hot-keys for actions. Hope to some extent this
makes your MIS operator life easy!
Off course this feature was always there in the UI mockup provided by
Deanna. Only thing is it was part of global search, I thought it is better
to put it in separate box (Expert Search)
Still this is not finalized, your inputs are most valuables.
And finally, if you want to see the live demo of it (final version) then do
not forget to attend next user meet, Ashok (from Conflux) will be
showcasing this feature.
