Is server running properly?
The port number which you have mentioned is *8483 *is the right port
configured in your tomcat?
If you have followed exact instructions provided in the installation guide
without changing the port then you can try accessing URL
https://localhost:8443/mifosng-provider/api/v1/clients/1?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true
