the last entry from the tomcat log states:
nested exception is
com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException:
Table 'mifosplatform-tenants.tenants' doesn't exist
this means that a database table which ought to exist does not.
Are you doing a clean install?
did you run step "2.2.1 First Time Database setup" on
https://github.com/openMF/mifosx/blob/master/INSTALL.md?
you may want to run through that again and see if that fixes your problem.
