This Feature release adds support for Automated Penalties for loans and externalizes the MySQL connection properties for a tenant along with other major fixes and improvements. This release officially deprecates the reference app. The demo servers shall now point to the Community app, the reference app may still be accessed at https://demo.openmf.org/old/ Important: Those updating from an existing installation to 1.21.* release or higher should run the update https://github.com/openMF/mifosx/blob/develop/mifosng-db/migrations/list_db/V2__externalize-connection-properties.sql on mifosplatform-tenants schema The changelog for the release can be found at https://github.com/openMF/mifosx/blob/mifosplatform-1.21.0/CHANGELOG.md Regards, Vishwas
