Hi Sander, This could very well be the case. We have changed the credentials in our production environment. We will change the Pentaho report credentials and see if this fixes our issue. Will keep you updated. Thank you very much! George

One of the limitations of the current Pentaho implementation in MifosX is, is that the access credentials for the DB are stored inside the reports. So if you use different usernames/passwords for your root user you should also change them in your reports and update those or obviously change the password for the root user back to the standard.
