MifosX release v1.23.0 is out and available for download at

This feature release contains works around adding support for opening fixed
deposits from existing savings accounts, transferring interest from fixed
deposits to savings Account, accounting improvements for account Transfers,
ability to collect "recovery payments" for written off Loans, flexible
interest rate charts with the ability to provide incentives based on
customer attributes along with a number of bug fixes
