Hi Nayan,
Is it possible to have disabled checkboxes along with a specific button
(with a color to distinguish)? The checkboxes themselves cannot be checked
or unchecked, but use the buttons next to them for enabling and disabling.
an example attached.
This is the same as what is there today. But perhaps will convey meaning
more clearly? I guess it is the true/false label and the flag icon that
causes the confusion.

I agree with Srini, this screen needs better UX, when first time you
see, you can't identify which is enabled and which is disabled?
