I'm pleased to announce that today I successfully tested MifosX Messenger:
SMS gateway for Indian providers. I used TBulkSMS for the tests, an Indian
Bulk SMS provider with facility to send SMS to any number, even those which
are in Do-Not-Disturb list. The application is written in Ruby-Sinatra, and
uses the MifosX Webhooks and REST API to communicate with mifosng-provider.
