Subramanya, Not sure if this is an actual issue or just a user configuration error. I was testing out some loan products with period accrual accounting.
I logged at: https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-1625 just in case. I configured a product as such (http://i.imgur.com/9ipTTUx.png) standard loan with bi-weekly repayments and it just has an up-front disbursement charge being collected. I backdated the creation, submission, approval dates to August 1 but when i try to disburse the loan I get the following error (even though the charge was not waived). This is on https://demo2.openmf.org with account # #000000017 ErrorRestricted functionality with Periodic Accrual accounting...charge and interest waivers are not allowed Thanks, Ed
