Hi Renalyn,
We are in the process of merging the data import tool into the platform
such that it's not a stand-alone tool that needs to be installed
separately. I'm ccing the users mailing list and Sangamesh so they can
assist with helping you to use the data import tool while on a trial
instance.
Sangamesh recently added some documentation on installing and using the
data import tool:
