Hi Vu Tien Sinh and Vishuas Babu,

Thank you veru much for responding to my mail. I was offline for a day
but this morning when I came in, I read your mail and I got the solution
by following Vu Tien Sinh's solution.
Yes, there was no community-app in the tomcat7/webapps/ROOT/ directory.
I just copied it into there, corrected ownership using chown and I am
now able to login and do everything I need.

My only question,  is there a way this can be corrected or if not
possible shouldn't the fact be included on the instructions page?

I am excited and looking forward to working with all of you.
