For existing - active loan, topping up the loan is not available. But using
tranche loan feature -
https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/docs/Tranche+loan+process, you can
provide extra top-up loan at the loan account creation itself i.e before
loan activation. In case, if you are looking for a separate loan top-up
feature for active loan then You could also take up this task for
developing the feature and contribute it back to the community.
