Thanks for the input. Actually it works. One more question. I have noticed
that once the Tomcat server is restarted, I have to check the 'Apply
penalty to overdue loans' option. Is there a way of maintaining persistent
check on this option so that it is maintained even when the server
restarts? There is no problem in the event that there is no such option as
this one already solves a big problem on my side. Was just asking to check
if such an option is available.
