If you are getting a message savings not sufficient then could be a possibility 
there is a minimum balance set and you are trying to forfeit savings which will 
draw the account to below the set minimum balance. Check the account settings 
properly.

What do you mean the account to pay does not pick? Are you able to filter the 
client name on transfer window? If yes then select account type and then rhe 
account to pay.
