I have created a reschedule for a loan, i didn't approuve it. and i want
another user to do so.
but when i connect with the other user, i can't see the list (history) of
reschedule demands or any menu that allow it. i can ccess to it by copping
the URL with the id like that
*https://demo.openmf.org/#/loans/1698/viewreschedulerequest/41
<https://demo.openmf.org/#/loans/1698/viewreschedulerequest/41>. but its
not functional.*
