Where did you fetch the code from?
If you have fetched the code for back end from here;
https://github.com/apache/fineract, the reports won't work as reports are
not part of fineract.
please fetch the code from here for backend:
https://github.com/openMF/incubator-fineract/tree/
mifosplatform-17.07.01.RELEASE
