I was able to resolve this by un-setting the Account Number Preference
parameter for Client.

That is unexpected data integrity issues that happens sometimes ( i myself
haven't identified what triggers it, hope the community can help)
But how to go about it, if you were also attaching an address during client
creation, try to create client without an address and then you will add an
address on client profile.
