Thanks for your answers so far. Anyway, i think the 'Add column ' is the
problem. I did filled the 'Add column' and chosen the 'column type'.
When i chose the column type, the 'Add column goes empty just as you see in
the screenshot. Besides, when i want to submit, impossible because it
indicates the 'Add column' is empty.
