Hi Kevin, I am running the same setup as yours and penalties are working fine, in my experience most of the time it is a setup/configuration issue.
1. On product -> Charges, ensure your all charge parameters are defined correctly, for a penalty to work among your setup at least *"charge time type" = Overdue Fees*, *"Is penalty = TRUE"* plus other parameters like *Charge Calc, Interval, Frequency* etc. 2. On Product-> Loan Products, ensure you have selected the charge you want to apply in *SECTION: Overdue Charges* of Loan Product Configuration. 3. The Scheduler Jobs above are setup to run every 24 hours by default. If they have not run for that long, - Select the jobs and run them manually(using button "Run Selected Jobs") and monitor if the run status column is changed to "Success" - Click/Open any of the scheduler jobs e.g. "*Apply penalty to overdue loans*" and ensure the "*Is active Job*" is TRUE and the Cron expression is similar to "*0 0 0 1/1 * ? **". 4. If all goes well, your penalties should reflect in the client loan account under the Tab "Overdue Charges" Please share screenshots of your product/charges configuration window if possible for quick help.
