Hello Austin

I couldn't find a log relating to loan bulk importation in your catalina log, 
can you try to import again and send the catalina.log 

Also what was the error displayed on the system when you imported? Can you send 
a fineract-platform.log file too

That could help to get the whole information and see what could be the problem.
