We have installed Mifos Version 18.03.01 in Windows 2012R2 , we created Tenant by the steps provided in Document. We are able to access the Tenant Url , but we are unable to add User and Clients. Could you please provide us any solution for this error. It Does't show any errror message on screen , it just simply goes blank.
