Thanx for taking your time to look at my issue, may be to clarify further the savings product was never set to allow overdraft, nor minimum and maximum allowed, see attached pic for product, this might be a bug cz that savings account nolonger accept even a withdrawal nomatter how much you put as a deposit it keeps saying insufficient balance. Check the "Available Balance" at the summary of the saving account. Also since your account allow overdraft, that means it was supposed to accept even with 0 balance, for this case check the minimum and maximum amount allowed for overdraft to be sure if you still in the allowed range.
