Are you using a specific role? Because you must to set the right permissions for that.
UPDATE_{{DATATABLE_NAME}}
Where {{DATATABLE_NAME}} is the datatable name registered in the system.

I have added a data table 'Address-info' as well as a data entity record. When I go to the Client screen, the tab "Address-Info' is visible but there is no update button. Just a pink bar.
