Dear Ganapathi,

   1. Check the firewall status(if its on make sure it permits HTTPS
   traffic on your windows 10 machine (Server).
   2. IOn the host/server machine use the ip or url that you would have
   used in the other computers .
   3. Check to see if the Server (mifos host) has an ip
   4. Ping the server ip from the destination computers .
   5. Telnet the port and the ip of the server.
