Dear Ganapathi, If you are creating the products and you want to enable automated accounting, you have to do the following 1- have a chart of accounts on MifosX 2- Make sure you have not transactions already made in the system 3- Select the accounting option ( Cash or accrual periodic or accrual upfront) choice is yours 5- Add the GL accounts for the product in question leave make sure all the GLs Spaces are filled in.
