Hi Debbie, Your instance is running on the code base which has this issue(release version 18.03). Here <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YiMR_ifEZEg0o0peU80TOe8DRC5xDmeR?usp=sharing>is the link to download the latest codebase release 19.12.01 (which is running on the staging server), replace these on your instance https://3.0.106.222/ and restart your server, this should fix the issue you are facing.
NOTE: Please test all the features and scenarios you want to use on the staging instance first before upgrading your instance, once you upgrade your instance, you cannot roll back to the previous codebase again.
