I don't know if I am the only one but I long ago "abandoned" the 18.03.1 
release because it had some "flaws". I could never create  a Recurring Deposit 
Account after correctly setting up a Recurring Deposit Product. The product was 
never ever available for selection whenever I tried to create one. Also the 
address module didn't work for me
