Rajan, If I understand your problem correctly, you must use these subsystems of Fineract:
1. Financial Accounting Activity - Opening Balance Contra - Tie it up to appropriate Subledger Chart of Account (MUST) 2. Teller Management with office level tellers followed by Step 1 3. Advanced Accounting Rule- detail on payment source type with appropriate sub ledger Chart of Account ( As Saransh mentioned) but will only be applicable to inter office disbursal. At individual customer Repayment level, there cannot be a mapping to CoA as thugs feature records transaction information which then creates a JL entry.
