Hey, Alex currently this functionality is not available as of now , maybe the good place to start is to reuse the code of SMS campaign and use this to build an external third party sending service http://github.com/muellners/finscale-sms-service
We can extend the above service to work similarly how SMS gateway works by extending email services.
