I can assure you that if you have not done any modifications in your
18.03.01 version, then the process is not that complicated

   1. Take a backup
   2. Prepare your NEW environment for 21.07.01 follow this

   ( the prerequisites for 21.07.01 are different and you also want to be sure
   that the upgrade is successful)
   3. start tomcat on a fresh database of 21.07.01 and later stop tomcat
   and restore your 18.03.01 database overwriting the fresh database of
   21.07.01
   4. Sit back and watch the Magic happen - yes the magic created by this
   great community
