Good day all, Our business sells mass market loans to government employee. Their installment deductions are withheld by the government's payroll department and transferred directly into our bank account that we maintain with a local commercial bank.
The challenge we are facing is that the transfers by the government into our bank account have become many. And capturing each client's installment from the bank statement into the loan accounts one-by-one has become impractical, (The bank statement has Excel Rows for customer installments running into thousands), so we require functionality to allocate and import those client collections in bulk. Now, from the current customer receipts interface, I don't see any menu item available for the bulk import of customer receipt payments. May somebody please help us with a solution. I suspect we are not the first/only ones to have run into this challenge. May you all have a great further.
