Hi, does MIFOS or Apache Fineract implement the "payment repository"? We would need to implement system for flexible payment management for government.
The aim is to provide system for agencies to manage their own rules for "payments" and "discounts" and to do "billing". My description might not be accurate as am not from the "world of finance". Is it something MIFOS or Fineract can provide us? Somebody from (Central) Europe using it or any other reference? Thank you. Peter Viskup
