Hello,

Listening on localhost is the expected behaviour for the default
installation of Mifos X.

If you require to expose the IP to external connections (intranet or
internet), you have to secure the connections (HTTPs) using digital
certificates, setup a firewall, setup a Two-way SSL Authentication, setup
an API Gateway, setup a SQL proxy, setup an antivirus or antimalware, etc.
Depending on your deployment platform the options for achieving it are
different.
