Hi Srinivas, In Chrome / Firefox, open "Inspect" using right click on the browser area and switch to "Network" tab. Then revisit the "Create Hook" page and try to resubmit. Check the entries in this network tab and share any error causing entries using the "Export as cURL" option. Also share the response code (e.g 404 or 500) and the response body.
