You could use DMA softlabs Radius Manager as a radius server for MT hotspot to
authenticate users.
We have it set up at a few places and it works really well.

Subject: [Mikrotik Users] RV Park hot spot system

I have a RV park with Ubiquiti radios {non Unifi} and run on a RG450G as edge
router. We need a good hot spot billing management system as we have 6 devices
for camp site {I avoiding the word trailer park.Lol}. I have played with
router OS hot spot and it has not been very user friendly to me. Any
suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks and I get one list email a day.
