We use both access list and queues to set what plan/speed the customer has. We don't use both at the same time or anything. Recently, I've noticed that customers on are lower plans 2mb and 4mb are pulling 48mb whatever the radio will do. I look at the access list and the limit is set to their respective plan. I've checked to make sure it's not the access list twice and one is not set. So I'll use a simple queue to slow them down, but I can't figure out why this keeps happening.
