It won't be trivial, but you should be able to upgrade all to 6.37 and
then merge xml from exports.

I would migrate them all to the same version (6.37) and then do as
Josh suggested and make them agents. Unfortunately, still 3 separate
Dude servers. You can get devices from one server added to another,
but existing maps, charts, etc. will still be local to each server.
