I don't mean to sound callous, but if you're on a limited budget and cannot 
afford to make mistakes, then you're going to find yourself compromising one of 
those two things whether you like it or not. There is no cookie cutter solution 
to your problem, and no one is going to share publicly their network topology 
lest they severely compromise their security. That is why information even 
remotely proprietary is offered off-list.
