You can get the model and MAC from exporting Devices / RouterOS / Device.  But 
no part of the Dude that I have ever seen deals with serial numbers.  One could 
write a probe to fetch the serial number, but then one would have to find a way 
to deposit the result in "custom field N" in the device record, so it could be 
reported by/exported from Devices / RouterOS / Device, and I haven't found any 
way to do that.
