[Mikrotik] RB532 with Atheros AR5413 Frequency Issue

I'm about ready to put up a new RB532 with Atheros AR5413 2.4 card as 
our new AP.  Running some tests in the office, and noticing some strange 
items.  I have the frequency set to 2412, which should be channel 1.  I 
have verified this through winbox and cli.  Now when i check the status 
on the wireless card, it's showing that it's broadcasting on 2422 and my 
test client is showing that it is indeed connected on 2422, channel 3. 
When i reboot the AP, the frequency listed in the status and on the 
client will change.  Seems it just picks random frequencies and is 
ignoring what i have set.  I'm running 3.9 on the RB532.  Any advice?
