[Mikrotik] Outdoor Enclosure with AC

Anyone have suggestions for a NEMA outdoor enclosure with Cooling (air 
conditioning) ? I've seen several with fans but we are going to be 
putting some Powerrouters into it and would like to protect our 
investment ;)

Other suggestions for adequete cooling in a NEMA box that is to be 
placed outdoors ?
