Open a terminal in winbox (or just ssh in, or telnet as others have
said)...
From the command prompt just type 'export' and the router will display
the entire configuration.
Then you can just work though the configuration to see what it's doing.
I'm working though the same sort of stuff in the little proof of concept
exercise, also just learning the OS, so it there's anything I can help
with please feel free to drop me a line.
