Peeps,

I've got a customer that has a potential to install 3500 hotspots
across the country.

They'd be installed in Electric Vehicle Charging Stations on a
nationwide rollout plan.

They've asked me to design their on-site networking for them, and I
instantly thought of Mikrotik (who wouldn't!).

So.... their internal device does all the stuff it needs, and can
only connect to the internet via ethernet. That's cool, I can handle
that.

I THINK *THINK* I've heard Mikrotik can take a USB connected 3G data
connection, but 3,500 locations @ $75 / month each is a bit pricey...
Is there anyone out there that does cellular on a plain
buy-as-you-need-it basis ?

Which model router could handle 3 or 4 ethernet connections, an
internet connection of SOME sort, and a wifi card so I can repeat to a
small (100 sq ft) area around the charging station ?
